A full turbo back exhaust: Cat-back, Downpipe, and Catdelete/high flow cat...that's the first power mod I did, and I love it to death

One mod will lead to another and another and another....it's a vicious circle.

Play it safe and go with a plan for practicality and reliability and safety.

Get a boost gauge first....it's cheap, easy to install and gives you an eye into what your car is doing.

Bang for the buck mods??? Exhaust (either catback, full turbo back, or something inbetween) and/or Intake

Think of your engine as an air pump and your goal is to move as much air in and out as possible.

for people in RI, i would recommend a car cover if you don't have a garage and some good salt retarden/cleaner.

tbe, mbc, intake, a/f tuner/flash.

cheapest mod would be the k&N drop filter then downpipe and take your cat out.

MBC, cost less then $100 and eliminates stock boost taper. Made a world of difference on my EVO.

Same here. My little bro was putting the hurt on me in his completely catless Cobb stg.2 WRX. $86 and that 1.5 car loss difference turned into 1/2 a car lead for me . You will def. gain more power from an exhaust, but a BC is cheap and easy to put in.
