hey guys i got some extra cash from tha wife and im tryin 2 make a decision if i should buy my carbon fiber hood with the money or get my nitrious installed? hmmmmmmmmm????

Don't get NOS, if you want engine mods do the basics first, intake, exhaust etc..

 

i already have all tha basic engine mods, and i already have tha nitrious and if installed right it wont mess up tha engine! i have a zex wet system kit, but its not installed yet, i just have extra money 2 either get that installed or buy a carbon fiber hood!

 

Its up to you, if your willing to risk your engine, go nuts, but very few people have had any success with nitrous.

 

it will mess up the engine, unless you've got stronger pistons and rods, and possibly even block, our engines are weak, that's all there is too it

 

If you want more power just get more mods, do you have a bored TB, intake manifold, header etc.? You could always get some suspension mods if you want the car to handle better. If your going purely for looks, get the hood, its all a matter of figuring out what you want, a faster car or a car that simply looks fast.

 

id say go for the cf hood and sell the nos kit

 

If it is between the two go with the hood. But if it were up to me I'd put that 500 bucks toward something for the proformance of the car. Suspension mods...

nirous, wow, how long have u been on these forums... LANCER AND NITROUS = anil rape... serious ive seen an engine after 6 months of nos use, and i cryed. lancers dont do nitrous, nitrous does them

 

i have pretty much all tha basic mods u can put on a lancer , intake, header, exhaust, throttle body, rrm piggy, the zex kit is very safe and realiable ill let u guys know what im gonna do!
