why don't you sell your car first? you don't wanna trade taht junk, you'll get ripped. You have an extra vehicle(yukon) so sell your car now. When you get the cash you can fly and buy a black evo anywhere you want. you will lose atleast 4k bucks by trading your car to a dealer and buying a car from a dealer.

Boost is very addicting...your record may not be clean for too long if you get either of these cars.

The thought of flying down the highway in a fat assed vette with a mean exhaust note...so tempting. But then there is the other 5 months of the year where I have to drive a big SUV...hah

I had a 1995 corvette a few years back. bought it with 12k on it. I will never, and i mean never buy another gm product.

The build quality sux, and the dealers where I live are even worse. I wont get into the reasons, but Im driving an Evo MR now.

And thats after having 5.0 Mustangs, Corvettes, and a Gsxr750

Hey man, if u could get the Z06 vette I would tell u to go for that, but since that's out of your price range, I definitely recommend the EVO over a regular vette. Trust me, u can enjoy your EVO year round if u get the right tires. Why spend so much money on a car and drive it only a few months out of the year? A complete waste of money IMO. The EVO is gonna be so much more fun and you'll find that there are a crap load more mods u can do to an EVO than a vette. Besides, regular vettes are for men who have a mid-life crisis, and thats not the case with u. Also, with an older vette, ur most lokely not gonna get a warranty with the car, while with an EVO u should still have majority of the warranty remaining. Trust me, get an EVO, u wont regret it!

I dunno, I need to drive both back to back, that's just really hard to do right now. The closest Evo for sale, at any price, any configuration is 180 miles away from Rochester. Pretty sad.

I traded in my 2002 Z06 for an Evo. Do I regret it? No way. Do I miss it? Hell yeah.

Go talk to an insurance agent that reps multiple companies. Geico is a complete rip-off to the 25 and under crowd and Progressive isn't much better. With a clean record there will be other companies out there that can quote you a lot less.

You will be in the same boat if you buy the vette. Evo is fun All-year. You can't beat the performance from a Vette though. I had the same problem. I live on Long Island. I'm having alot of fun with all the snow we are getting

Wait, the Mustang was a girl car? Meaning girls loved it, I assume... That's insane, are girls getting dumber and dumber when it comes to cars? Or do they just have no idea what an Evo is, cuz my Evo gets 0 attention... Oh and Vette's will get more chicks... and either one is a good pick over an older 'Stang

Whats up man I was over on the corvetteforum posting in your thread, I told you to come visit this site. You know in what ever forum you go to you will get biased answers. Honestly for you living in NY I would buy an evo, but again you will need to drive both cars and see what you like. Like I said on the other forum my dad has a 01 C5 and i drive both cars and they both have there positive and negative sides. I picked the evo and am very happy with it.

I started over here two years ago when I first looked at a new 03. But then found my way to CF. I need to drive an Evo again, last time I drove one was over a year ago, and I have never driven a Vette. That should make up my mind.
