Does anybody know a good reliable body shop in the Bay Area (CA)?

 

Take it to the dealer's body shop...they will use genuine Mitsu parts....most body shops use aftermarket because there cheaper...

don't use insurance company body shops. they're the cheapest and the do crap work. do you really think your insurance company wants your car fixed perfectly? depreciation is your problem, not theirs...

The car was parked in the parking lot of Fry's Electronics and a 4-Runner backed into it and totaled my right fender and cracked the head lamp.
The hood is not damaged, thank goodness.

 

michael and companies on Lincoln ave in san jose. tell them that Tim from the speed merchant sent you. they should take care of you. owner is a great guy! and a total car guy!!! they use factory parts! check them out

 

I had plans this weekend to do some upgrades but the accident put things on hold for now. I dropped my MR off today at Santa Clara Auto Body to be repaired. I'll have the MR back Tuesday or Wednesday next week. They do use all OEM parts.

We'll see if they deliver the quality service that the local Mitsubishi Dealerships promise. If they deliver the quality service as promised I will be sure to advertise and promote there work of customer satisfaction.

The cost for damages so far is $2500.39
