I got a used 2003 Silver Lancer Evolution with 10k miles from Carmax 2 weeks ago. Car looks bone stock with no mods... windows were not even tinted. The car is great but after reading the boards I've seen how cheap it is to get extra a few HP My goal will to be reach 350rwhp on 93 octane pump gas. From what I have read it seems pretty easy. List of mods I will plan purchasing:

3 inch down pipe
Remove Catalytic (no emisions testing in south florida!!)
3 inch exhaust
HKS Cams (either 264/272 or 272/272)

That looks like the combination to take me over the 350rwhp mark. I will most likely add on those parts myself since my dad is a mechanic. The problem I am faced with is finding someone to tune my ride. Can someone from the Miami Area point my to great tuner? Here are some pics of my beast

24k but the amazing thing was they actually gave me 6k tradin for my 97 BMW 528i which had a ton of electrical problems. Overall I was very happy with Carmax.
