i am a newbie, and i just thought that it would be easier for all who wanted to customize their lancer to have this thread with all links linking to other threads that explains "how to customize your lancer".

or different links tp other threads with pics of their custom lancer.

Please, keep it simple. Just the link and a short description.

Yeah...the upgrade paths article by Road Race was posted precisely for this reason. If people took the time to actually LOOK for answers you wouldn't have to put it all in one thread that will enivetably fill up with stupid comments and very little help/tech info after about 25 minutes anyway. I gallant effort, but I don't think a normal thread will help much. What reddog suggested is the best way to go about it really.

 

i guess my real intentions were "links to threads with 'original-idea' customization" - or some sort like that.

i looked at road race and it seem as its intentions are mechanical, not physical.

another q, who will make this neat tabulation?

i wanted to see all the customized work all of the members have done to their car and hopefully get ideas from them. Ive searched and found good stuff like ac led lights, grill, painted dashes, etc. But it takes a while to search for all of those.

dont you think one thread with links will be easier rather than searching, then going through each result and then finding out that about 35% of those results are good stuff, and the rest was just nothing? After going through those list, a person already wasted, like what?, 1-2 hours?

this thread, with the help of other members that finds some good threads or even web links w/ pics, can be a one stop thread filled with links that can give some newbie some great ideas in making their lancer that "my car is the only car that looks like this in this city and i know you envy it" look...
