Newbie just introducing myself
welcome to the site. if you're worrying about in a drag, you definitely shouldnt about my car, nor any other n/a or even turbo base lancer for that matter. i dont think youll have to worry about too many evo's either, it seems several of them are having a hard enough time beating srt-4's. well welcome again, and btw, sounds like you have some pretty nice cars.
Im not too worried anymore. I know my SS could beat almost anyone on the road. But I know I would get beat by the 600awhp evo thats floating around the net.
I forgot to mention info about me. Im 26 I work as a computer network technician. And I am married with one kid on the way.

welcome aboard. thanks for not coming on here and flaming away. to anwer your curiosity, i'd say if your drag racing, you have to worry about less than 5% of evo's with your camaro. we all have the potential to become as beastly as that 600whp evo, but we don't have the funds. if your talking about a road course, that's a different story.
Im actually more into road racing and auto cros. I think its more challenging than drag racing. I really enjoy going out into the twisties around me. I use my drag car for drag racing and my SS for the twisties. I had a bike that I did the road racing with but I got older and wiser and found out that is kind of dangerours.
How many of you road race? And how do you do?
