New EVO owner. :)
New EVO owner. :)
Just saying hello guys.
Got my Silver 2003 Evo last saturday, and I'm loving the thing. Has 26,000 miles on it now, and was VERY well taken care of. Pure stock, and stock clucth is still holding up nicely. (Doubt that will last long).
Was a major DSM guy. The EVO is quite a bit slower then my old GSX, but that is to be expected and will change in short order I'm sure.
The best way I could compare the two cars is this. My GSX was a butcher in the way it got things done, and the Evo is a lot more like a surgeon in it's manner.
Anywho, I have no idea really where to start on this car, but that's what reading and search functions are for. Fell free to give any helpful advice, or hints of course. And I'll chime in with any real issues or questions at some point.
Anyway, that's it for now, gotta go give the car a bath.
Mort.
