05 Evo 8 Finally
Finally got my new EVO 8 today after being without a car for 9 months, that sucked. I had a 02 wrx with about $4000 in mods. All that money to just hate the performance!!!!!!!!!! As for the EVO I hope I will enjoy it the more I drive it, its got me excited so far. Any suggestions on first mods would be cool.

Congrats on your new purchase, As for suggestions just take your time and enjoy it for a while but when you get ready pick your mods wisley because it can mean all the difference. Have fun, this forum is the best place for any information needed.
i had 4k in my suspension and i feel the evo is better out of the box. my impreza handled real well but i think the drivetrain(ACD over DCCD, but its all questionable just as the subaru is) and the geometery of the suspension is better.
