I am 18, was lucky enough to get a great job working for the geek squad (no I can't mod the flippin bug). I am still going to college full time as well. Just wanted a fun vehicle! Without landing a killer job or working 60 hours in construction or something, I still don't understand how people around my age can afford the EVO.

My dad has an 05 MR with 10k miles. Hes 48.

I'm only 16 but I've put probly 1000 miles on it myself, in all kinds of conditions. I drive it often enough to say I drive an EVO.

My dads previous cars were (not sure on the order he owned these or the year on some of the cars):

VW rabbit
honda accord
Isuzu trooper
2001 Ford lighting
92 Acura NSX (current car)
05 Evo MR (Current daily driver)

My car:
1987 Porsche 944, and plenty of time behind the wheel in the NSX and EVO, and his Lightning, and my moms focus and ranger but who cares about those.

29 here!! i just got my insurence bill with difrent company,and i will be paying 135 dollars per month,my 04 EVO and my 93 INTEGRA.

Speed addiction gets wrose with age I think.

You just use it more conservativley.

 

im 18 from the UK, payed for it myself, previous car was amitsubishi fto which i got when i just before i turned 17 and again oayed for it all myself and i have movd out of parents last year so pay every last penny for myself no help which IMO is the way to go

curious to see what every1 does here for a living? im a financial advisor
