NO NO NO! EVO X thread
im not liking what im seeing with the evo X. first off, that thing loosk HEAVY and big. second of all, its aluminum block! dont worry about the smg shifting, that will be an option with a regular manual 6 speed as standard (i guarantee it), the taillights are waaaay too small, the headlights are also waaaaay to small, i dont like the audi style front grill, dual exhaust=more expensive aftermarket exhausts, the awd system sounds improved but we still dont know, sounds like they're adding more components which will add weight and make weight distribution worse, it lost any sort of rally design it had left, it just seems like they made a heavy sedan and slapped awd on it with a turbo, it doesnt seem like a rally car anymore, and the thing that most upsets me like i said before, it looks very heavy and its aluminum block, i was hoping they would go back to the days of the evo 6 and make it light and agressive again, but nope. looks like the 9 was the last of a great bread. if this is evolution, i think we just had a back mutation

No body knows what the EVO 10 is gonna be like. We dont even have true to life spy photos.
It will be unveiled at the October Autoshow in Tokyo. Then you can pass judgement but not before.

those pics are from the mitsubishi press release, thats basically what the X is gonna be like, they might do some minor exterior and interior changes, but the overall dimensions will be the same, as will the engine layout and awd system, which means its gonna be bigger, heavier, worse at handling, aluminum block, and its gonna lose any once had rally inspired looks
chill man. That car probably shares very little with the actual evolution X. It's a concept car, and I can guarantee that the car won't come with 20" wheels, 4 racing seats and 4 point sabelts.

It will have 22's and airbags. It will have a V-8 Hemi and dual side exhausts. It will be 4" narrower and 5" taller. It will come with lambo doors in the front and suicide lambos in the rear. It will also be a convertible.
