Got it from Executive Mitsubishi in New Bedford, MA. I opted to go with the base VIII (not SSL) to keep the payments under 500, and I am going to be modding the living sh*t out of it anyway. They didnt have any evo's on the lot, they are sourcing it for me over the weekend. As far as I know there are 2 black and 2 red in the area.

lessons learned in my EVO hunt (dealership related):

- Dont go to East Providence, they are asshats (long story)
- Ocean Mitsu (East Greenwich, RI) is so/so, but they may try to sell you a USED 04 with 11k that has been LEMON LAW'd, for $28,900
- Girrard in Groton, CT is a bunch of crack heads that dont know a fair trade-in price from a pile of dog sh*t. They quoted me at $15,500 for my car when I ended up getting $22,00
- Executive Mitsu in MA = good people. Great staff, will help you as much as they can. Fair pricing as well.

Also went to Suburban Mitsu in Vernon, CT. no real comment on them, didnt stay long enough to make an opinion.

Executive gave me a good trade in price, and paid MSRP for the EVO.

Yea I'm parting it out, but I have a buyer for most of the parts already.. The sways are H&R adjustables (21mm rear/25mm front).. The rear is sold already, and I am leaving the front on since its a pain in the *** install. Subframe needs to be dropped, steering rack needs to be removed, etc etc. Took me about 2-3 hours to get in, and the subframe bolts are stretch bolts so those need to be replaced when you remove them, etc..

sidenote, switched to a red EVO, she arrives wed/thurs
