Thats a damn good deal, I think the dealer got me for 34,414 for my 05 with SSL. after reading through the forums, I think I got majorly ripped off. It was my first car buying experience on my own, so hopefully next time I'll learn from the mistakes I made this time. I got too excited about buying the EVO, I never really negotiated the price, doh! They just gave me a monthly payment, which seemed reasonable at the time....

29k OTD is a good price if you can do it, invoice is 32,250 i think, so you're at, what, $5,000 below invoice? i'm not sure about taxes in florida though, they may be less. i'm guessing though that if they have 7 05s left still it's because they aren't willing to bargain as they were supposed to get rid of them already. there aren't any published rebates either on their web site either, just free gas, so i think you're a bit low with your out the door price

dan628 - don't feel bad about your price, if 34,414 includes TTL it's not a bad price, that's around what i paid for mine but i got 0% too (mine was $400 below invoice + taxes, etc..., plus a trade in that they knew they could sell easily and did within the month) if you read more and more of the threads where people talk about what they paid you'll realize a lot of people don't even know what out the door means and they just say it, so take any prices on here with a grain of salt. i can't tell you how many times i've read "i got mine for 28k OTD plus tax". also taxes are different in each state, so talking about OTD price is kinda pointless. never bargain with a monthly payment though unless you're a math wiz
