Can you purchase the gauges that come on the 2006 MR for your regular IX?

All gauges are useful, some more than others and some are invaluable if you modify your engine. You drive at your own risk if you modify and don't know whats happening in your engine....
Very true but the egt would be more suitable if you are going to modify then an air/fuel.

You'll get an argument from some well know tuners about that.... I had the EGT gauge in my car. As a matter of fact I still have the Greddy electronic EGT gauge as well as a regular EGT gauge from Autometer (the last one is new, never used). I can make a good deal on either one....
Anyway, Al told me that her considered the EGT gauge worthless because "all EVOs run cool"... Of course, other tuners would disagree. Personally I like to see what the EGTs are doing as I drive. Pretty good info there.....

Can get radio relocation kit to mount gauges higher (where radio is currently located), but still highly un-visable when driving.
i would like to know this as well, i want to swap the position of the cd player and the stock gauges

do i need a relocation kit as said above??
