Retained accessory power on the IX

Prerequisite noob question disclaimer etc (i searched but couldnt find this question asked in a previous thread)

Isnt the evo supposed to have this feature?
When i take the key out of the ignition, i cannot roll my windows up. I have to put the key back in the ignition and turn it to 'accessory'. Is this a problem with just my car?

I think you have power for about 30 seconds after you remove the key.

You should be able to close your windows (unless you already open your door) within 30 second after you turn off your engine. Once you put a turbo timer you would not have to worry about this.
