New Evo owner
Hello all. I am a former Honda owner and have finally made the switch. I have an 03 Honda S2000 and it went to the shop for a new bumper so my friend let me borrow his 04 Evo. He's got a couple things done, nothing major. Needless to say the car is and was a blast to drive.
He told me it was for sale as well. Now mind you, I still have A LOT of parts in transit for my S2000, and had no plans on selling it..... till he told me the price. I got this 04 Evo with 7500 miles, fully loaded for $22k. Naturally, I ran with it and am in the process of selling my car. Well, here are some crappy pics of my new Evo and what I sold to get her. Glad to be aboard.
And the replacement:
Considering $4,000 could only net me 30 or more horspower N/A, lets see what the F/I world is like.

You will really miss the S in the late spring when the top would be normally down. I miss mine a lot (325 rwhp) but the EVO is a totally different car. If you know how to really drive the car, it will reward you with perma grin. From what I have gathered here on the forums is that if plan on modding, do it right.

Thanks for the welcome guys. Don't get me wrong, I love the S. But the Evo, is a whole other animal. I figure with the insane money I was dropping into the S, the Evo will have a lot more to give back to me. Ahhhh, I will miss the S in the summer.... but life's a ***** and sometimes only the strong survive.
Wow, I can't believe I just did that. LOL!!
