Post Count Question - Need Help

If you click on my profile, you can see that I have over 50 posts. I have also started five threads, including this one. However, I still can't use the classifieds section, apparently because my official post count is still only 2.

Does anyone know what gives? Are there some posts that count and others that don't, or is the server screwy, or what? Thanks!

OK, but how could the server possibly know if one's post is off-topic?
