I just got an Apex Silver MR a few weeks ago, and just past 1200 miles. Wait till you break that thing in, it will scare you! .

This is my first turbo car, and with the stock exhaust its ereley (sp?) quiet(compared to my previously modded RSX type S). I have to keep a constant eye on the speedo, or i wind up doing 100 down the toll road!

 

+1, this thing will scare you when you first get on it... Also swap those guages with the radio!!!!!!!!!!!11

Well, yeah, you can't romp on it for 500-600 miles, and even though you're supposed to boost plenty during break-in, y ou're not supposed to go above 5000 rpm. Once you get broken-in, you will want to rag it out to 7k rpm. Once you do that in 2nd/3rd, you will have a huge grin on your face, because it keeps pulling.

 

when i drive i keep it around 3k every once in a while when i need to pass some one up mabye 5k.. so what exacly is the steps to breakin it in.. should i stayy off turbo for how many miles?

 

You should boost, just dont rev past 5K RPMS.
