Cluth or Transmission issue?

I ve got a problem as well!!!
After i changed my clutch with an exedy organic single disc kit i can not shift properly.
At high rpms 6500-7000 it goes very hard into 2 and sometimes 3rd as well.
Is it a transmision thing... or its becouse of the clutch?

Sorry to resurrect this, but it was transmission fluid after all. Had Schaller Mitsu drain the fluid and the bastards at Firestone had put in some very heavy green crap, so in cold weather the fluid was transferring the motion to the gears even in neutral.
