An import mechanic in town told me that I could swap a turbo from a 2.0L Eclipse to my '02 OZ Rally. Does that go for the same w/ the header? And if it's true which Eclipse would be used? The Talons, GSX, or the 02 model?

 

I didnt think they made a 3rd gen turbo. And technically, you can use any turbo off any car pretty much with some custom fitting. As far as fitment, not too sure, you are changing platforms.

Personally buy a kit meant for your car and be done with it. Why bother with a used turbo? It always comes back to you get what you pay for. Spend half the ammount on buying used factory stuff and you might be happy for awhile until something goes bad vs. a new setup.
