Turbo Lag`

What can i do to get rid of the boost decrease at 5,000-6,000 rpm? It will go from 15 psi to 10 psi and then back up to 15 psi when i reach 6500?

Um, that has nothing to do with your title, which says "turbo lag." Turbo lag is the time it takes at low rpm before you build full boost (3500-3800rpm). If your boost is hitting 15, then dropping to 10 and going back up to 15, then you have a major problem and should have your boost system checked. It should never be as low as 15, never be anywhere near 10, and it should never go down then back up.
