boost question

Apexi air filter with heat shield
Greddy Type s BOV
Stainless steel clutch line
HKS Cam shafts (264s)
Denso Iridium plugs (1 step colder)
ACT street clutch kit
Fidanza lightweight flywheel
Greddy electronic 60mm a pillar boost gauge and EGT gauge
3inch helix downpipe
3inch high flow cat
3inch full exhaust with Apexi turbo muffler
Hotchkis springs
Turbo Trix custom ECU tuning

with those mods and the turbotrix tune, would i be able to take my car to 1.6bar(23-24psi) somewhat safely on pump gas? Im a noob to EVOs and i bought the car with these mods already on it.

i know this question has been beaten into the ground but after searching i havent really found anything helpfull other than "depends on the mods" so i figured i would post my mods and ask

thanks
kevin

I don't see why not. I was boosting 1.6 bars with similar mods and a custom Dynoflash on 91oct plus elevation and heat climate. It all depends on the tunning and Turbotrix are very experienced so I say yes.

No, not on an VIII. You should boost no higher than 22psi peak unless you're on race gas.

Warr,

That explains the unacuracy of our Mitsubishi stock boost gauges I guess.
