which brand of turbocharger kit should i buy, and why

 

uhh, depends on what kind of hp you want and what kind of driving you plan to do. I would do 3076 for a balance in spool and top end.

Dude comeon... HKS or Vishnu? How bout AMS, Buschur, Full-Race, Shearer... what turbo are looking for exactly, power spool?

 

i dont really know much about this kind of stuff so if you could help me out with what would be good. looking for lots of power and acceleration. i have a stock engine and want to get power let me know what you think would be a good setup. money is not a problem.

 

Best kit on a stock engine would be a 50trim turbo kit. The spool is great and they make big power on pump gas (400-450whp) and (470-500whp) on race gas and/or methanol. Another plus is you can use a reflash, dont need standalone. Lots of guys have made great power with them using a flash.

Youre of course going to needs cams and heastuds for the engine, but thats it.

Since you said money is not a problem... do yourself a favor and get the AMS 50trim Kit. Its proven, its the best quality and its made proven power. All while being very aestheically pleasing! Turbotrix has a proven 50kit but I just cant stand how ugly the manifold is. The AMS looks awesome and is awesome.
