how much louder does the car get with a testpipe b/c i am thinkin of gettin one but i am afraid of being to loud????...right now i have hks hi-power exhaust with 3' downpipe

not solid info, but I'd assume it's because IX testpipe's will have a bung for the o2 sensor, while 8's dont need them because their o2 sensor is in the mid pipe.

Some ppl are saying there is a UR 3" test pipe made for the IX w/ an O2 bung on it .... anyone got pictures or a definte answer?

It fits both the VIII and IX as its the same part, and yes, it does have an o2 bung on the test pipe.

Perrin has an O2 bung in the testpipe for the IXs (it comes w/ a plug for the VIIIs). They just redesigned this.
