I read earlier today in Motortrend (may have been another mag, I forgot) that they are set to release in Spring 08'. Rumors have it they will have a revised version of the popular Nissan VQ35 either destroked for higher revs or stroked for more low-end grunt, but either way-- twin turbo... Expected price was about 70k..

there is a really big price difference between the two. but its your personal choice. keep in mind you are asking a bunch of evo drivers what you should buy.....its like asking a bunch of straight guys if they would rather have jessica alba or elton john

I think when you look at the two they are going to be very different. When you look at it, if you were to spend 15k-25k on an evo in the aftermarket world, you will be able to pretty much clean house on the street.

There is always something to be said about a skyline though.......

70k???? Just buy two evos!

I'd say if you can afford 70k+ wait for the gtr35 but if not get the evo its the best bang for the buck. But if your asking what car is better its not a fair comparo.

I agree with everyone on hear. A better comparison to the skyline would maybe be a c6 z06? little closer to the price range. Hell, if you can afford the 70 k car get it, and buy a used evo as a daily driver.

Get the skyline......I know I would. Except I would import a R-34 GTR Z-tune.
