from VW R32 to EVO 9

alright im new to this forum just got my evo 9 about 3 weeks ago.. the question i have is what down pipe is best for te 9 i have hks hi power cat back exhaust. i have hallman boost controler and flash ecu ..any sugestions on down pipe???

Yeah, you can get a good quality one from "TTP Engineering" right now for rediculously cheap, search for his name.

HKS Hi Power necks down to 2.5" doesn't it? Uh oh.

I bet you like the turbo, huh?

Sorry for the off topic but, how is the change so far? My gf wants an R32 but I'm trying to talk her into an Evo...shes not really into racing too much so she doesn't really want the Evo but I'm trying to get her into something awd that handles good.

The R32 is AWD.

hks doesnt neck down to 2.5

i have it and look at the numbers in my sig..it cant be robbing me of much

i love the sound and fitment of it too

for a ix, i got the espelir 2.75 dp, perfect fitment, nice piece, and got it for 170 shipped

yeah the R32 is great i still have it as well... just really expensive to mod up...i was about 290HP all motor... it will be perfect for ur gf...

probally crank. I would'nt mind an R32 if I got to keep the Evo. I dont know how I'd feel about it if it was my only car though. I just love the way it sounds and I love the feel of the interior
