Hello

Just wanted to say hi, it's late and this is my first post after reading the forums for awhile. I just traded in my '01 ITR and picked up my Evo tonight, can't wait to have some fun.

Congrats

It seem like most evo owners previously own ITR or S2k. I would of thougth the majority being WRX's and DSM's

Hey welcome! I had an R before I bought my Evo too. You'll really like the feel of your Evo at speed if you liked the feel of your Type R.

Thanks for the welcome, I picked up the silver. 1. I didn't want a sunroof and it was this black or red. 2. My civic was black, and my R was yellow. I want a color easy to take care of, I feel alittle awkward joining the DSM family, thank you for the warm welcome!

welcome. enjoy your car and have fun with it. read as much as you can and speak to as many knowledgable people about the car as you can (that is if you are not familiar with it)

oh yeah, i had a typeR as well, 2 actually and my pops currently has an S2000. honda people are migrating to DSM because its new/fresh - and because it actually has the same idea as many hi-performance honda cars. NO FRILLS - just performance!!!!

I hope your not talking about the evo being DSM's. The evo is made in Japan MMC.
