Plug and Play

Do they have plug and play chips for evos. I just bought a evo IX and want a chip but dont want to smoke my ford lightning without voiding warranty.

what? and no they dont make "chips" to my knowledge at least. They do reflashes or you run a piggyback or a standalone.

Ok thats what I thought just with my ford lightning you could put mods on like a plug and play chip and reflash back to stock when taking into the shop.

Look into ECUflash. The dealer has to really be looking for a reflashed ecu. Most of them run very smoothly and reliably so it wouldn't be obvious
