How about you just stick it in the Glove Compartment or the Center Console portion that opens up.

I can fit mine in the glove box, and they're both slim enough to slide in between the console and drivers seat while I'm driving.

Im 6' 3" 210 and I fit fine as for the gun I think you will need to put it in the glove box or truck while you drive the seats can be a little snug

very snug, never had a problem.....mounting a holster would be useless and it'd draw lots of unwanted attention.

exactly what I was thinking. I was just worried about the weapon sliding out, which would not be a good thing.

I still say along the side of the center console, right where your leg is but closer to the chair on the drivers side.

When you're sitting in the seat, it will compress the weapon against the console. Not hard enough to damage anything, but it will NOT come out.

you'll be fine. i carry a Kimber Ultra Carry II .45 acp all the time and it's not actually that bad. sometimes on long trips though, or when i don't feel like lugging it, i will just toss it under the seat or in the glovebox.

what kind of .380 do you have? the only gun that i have that is uncomfortable in my evo is my Smith and Wesson 910S. that's a rather large piece though.

-edit- one more tip. both of my pistols fit nice and snugly in between the passenger seat and center console, right where the buckle for the seat belt is.
