I would get 05 MR, and use extra $ on mod if you don't mind about used car. If you know previous owner took good care of the car during break in and so on, go for it.

im not looking to mod it though...its just going to be a daily driver...i dont have any plans on modding it for the track

yeah, about $5K more than his asking price, it's a fair price, a dealer would sell it for much more.

if you're not going to mod it AT ALL, negotiate them down to 27 or lower

if you're not going to mod it much or feel you might not be able to resist, get a new one...mivec, better turbo, newer styling etc

edit- of course the opposite could be said...haha. Buy new. You'll never regret having spent the extra money for a new car...whereas you may indeed regret buying a used performance car
