Hey guys...I was just wondering...I want to purchase an evo...but im thinking on just waiting for the X? Should i do this? Is the X really going to be that spectacular like they say they are? How much of the concept will look like the actual X? Whats you opinion?

 

i here that the only change they will make to the car will be some minor reconstruction to the front.

i say... have fun with with IX for now.. and when the new X comes out.. trade it in

 

if i only had the money i would do that...that doesnt even make sense.....

 

Get the IX and enjoy it. Trust me you wont regret it. I love mine.

People on this forum have their reservations on answering you. Everyone that loves the Evos and drives one is wondering why in the hell Mitsubishi decided to drop the 4G63 engine from production. Also little things like putting the turbo on the Evo X between the engine and firewall makes people wonder what is the deal with the design.

A lot of people are not diggin the fact that the Evo X would have pedal shifters and such simple interior.

There is no definate answer yet, we don't know if the Evo X would be that much sucessfull as they mention, we will have to give some time and see.

I am interested on swapping my Evo 8 MR within the next copuple of years for the Evo 10 but I would have to wait and see if it is worth.

I had a 03 8 when they first came out, just traded it in on a 9 MR. The reason is when the 8 1st came out it was 1 package then the MR and they worked the bugs out of it, if does the same with the 10 and I think they will it will be a good base car but 2 years after it's out there will be better mods and it will have the bugs worked out.
