hey guys just bought my evo 8 yesterday loved it from the start.. HAd t get something new since they stole my other car(turbo integra) but i think i made the right choice in this new car.. im in san antonio so sa peeps let me know where the hang out spot is

I am in the same bought as you. I bought an evo to repalce my 95 gs-t that was stolen and stripped. I bought a bone stock Rally Red 03 evo8. Kinda sucks about my eclipse though it made 313hp @ 20psi to the wheels a week with no tune before it was stolen. This is in denver on a mustang. I did however get my car back, with most of the stuff intact. They did take the wheels, hood, gauges, mbc, intercooler, bov and stereo. They obviously werent that smart though, cause there was alot of other parts on the car such as pte scm61 turbo, fp2 cams, dsmlink, etc... The evo8 is definitely different than the dsm, and awd is going to take some getting usesd to. Overall I am happy with my purchase though, hopefully you are too!

 

yeah i plan to mostly do audio upgrades since i work at circuit city as an installer but not too many performance stuff as of right now. I just want to get to know everything about this car b4 i do major work to it and yes i am happy with my decision
