Trying to move in to the darkside...

Well, I'm currently a Subaru WRX owner (2005), looking to trading in for an EVO IX at least before this year ends or sooner. I love the looks of the EVO compare to the new 2006 WRX/STI front face and most definitely the handling, power is ok out the box, but nothing a simple flash can fix right?! I'm definitely impressed with the modability of the EVO in addition to the account. I was actually able to test drive one today at a local dealership and the sales person was kind enough to mash on it, me being the passenger. I guess he noticed I couldn't drive it well. The clutch catches a little higher, so I wasn't so used it.

Anyway, I'm here to learn and to get acquainted with the car and the new community I'm trying to merge in to.

Here's my WRX...

Your WRX is CLEAN! If you can afford it, keep both of them, but if not, the Evo IX will be a great daily driver to have. I remember I drove my friend's 2004 STi (with Cobb AccessPort and Cobb springs) from Vegas to where we live in the OC, and I DEFINITELY felt my car was faster and better at handling than his. Do it now!

I think the Subbie's are the dark side, and we're the brighter side! lol! But maybe that's just me!

Anyway, your WRX is clean, but an Evo IX would be so much more better IMO. Good luck with your research and decisions.

Hehee... it's a form of speech for the lack of a better word!

My WRX have an AccessPORT stage 2 setup, with Cobb springs. In terms of performance, according to my butt dyno, it's almost the same that it did not amuse me much. It's the handling that's very impressive and it looks sharper compare to 06 Suby. Only if I could afford both.

Thanks for the warm welcome!
