evo 7 440hp

hi guys, i ´m new over here, so maybe this isn´t the right place to get advice, but it seemed like the one

i got my evo 5 years ago, but started to tune it just now. i drove rally (with another car) before and since i stoped, life seemed just doll

car has 440 hp and 620 Nm @ 5200 prm, Essex ballbearing turbo,Hallman boost control, HKS 272 camshafts, custom made head and intake channels, HKS pistons and rods, HKS double plate clucth and flywheel, custom made exhaust 80mm and bosch 250L fuel pump.
the fuel pressure regulator is original (just little tuned) so are the injectors.
I also have original BOV (only turned backwards) k&n cold air intake.
All this is managed with GEMS ecu and Ralliart LCD ecu.

I was wondering do u guys have any ideas, how to get the car to go faster...
today the the best times r just 7,82 @ 1/8 mile and 12, 22 @ 1/4 mile
...i was thinking to change the BOV, most likely to HKS type II.
Any ideas?

thought the same thing as above^... a quick fix, I am not assuming anything, but a LICP, IC and meth would be helpful... not the huge gains of a larger turbo, but enough to notice..what kind of clutch???

bigger turbo can be helpful...sure, but i managed to get 440 out of this one and this is quite ok. the problem is still in the times....12,2 is way to slow.

maybe 1000cc injectors or new ignition system?

come on guys....little help please

boost was up on 28-30 psi and i was running 108 racing fuel.
the ECU is from GEMS (or i can change to Motec ...in dyno there was no diference in numbers)
i´m using Rallyart thermostat and radiator seal and a bit improved oil cooling, so the temps stay very low.
The intake and head itself is done very well. The owner of Essex turbos ( where mine is from) said, that 440 is the best someone got from stock turbo ( it´s from evo 9 only ballbearing )
The dyno test and settings where made in Finlands most popular rally cars repair shop, by Mitsubishi´s WRC teams previous engeneer.
I could visit him again, only problem is, that he is about 600 miles from where i live

440 to the wheels should have you easily in mid 11's

sounds to me like it could be the tuning
or the driving

0-60 is 4,05 sek.
driving? ...maybe, i´ve been on the strip once. while shifting, i lift the gas pedal...maybe i should keep the boost up and try to cluch carefully with 6200 prm?
forge and 1g DSM? what r those?
and BOV....well this is one thing i should change to HKS type II

i should check the boost leaks as well...don´t know where, but i´ll try
