Exhaust, test pipe, intake. That is, if you only care about sound. If you don't want to lose your low-end torque, you should go the opposite way.

Sorry about digging up the past but I had a quick question. I'm looking into getting just the test pipe with the stock exhaust for now, any idea what that would sound like? Good or bad? Thanx.

Probably pretty nasty...doubt it would help a whole lot...you'll probably need either a Intake or Exhaust to notice a difference.

imagine your exhaust sound when you are at high rpm in your car....it will just make that sound, but at lower rpm. It shouldnt be too noticeable though. If you are looking for sound then throw the intake and exhaust into the mix
