question?
so i just had my clutch replaced, and the shifting isnt that smooth they refilled it with leading edge full synthetic 75w-90 do think that is bad tranny oil or when i break the clutch in a litle more the shifting will smooth out? thanks

I'll try another dealership and see what happens. Good to know they actually did it though. How much did they charge per quart?
we are talking about the tranny fluid right??? the tranny fluid and the transfer case fluid is the same fluid. well atleast it is for my 2005 Evo 8. i went to the mitsubishi dealer asked for tranny fluid and transfer case fluid (for when i did my Exedy twin disc racing clutch), they said it is the same fluid and they gave me 6 quarts of it in 1 quart bottles. it was like $2.00 or $3.00 a quart.
The transfer case and rear diff are LSD oil only, And the transmission is gear oil 5 speed (GL-3 75w-80) or (GL-4 75w-85/75w-90). 6 speed is(GL-4 75w-85) and thats from the owners manual

OEM tranny oil at the dealership comes in 5 gallon pails. So what you do if you want OEM oil is buy the 5 gallon pail that is open and partially used.
