what does evo IX se mean? se?

 

Special edition... It has cosmetic differences, new front lip, dimoand black finish on the wheel, red stiching, and so forth... I thought about getting it for its rareity, but wanted a white one insted (they only come in black, grey, and silver..) and this is another thing that you will get flamed for... Search SON! or else just surf through the forums, they are talked about everyday.

 

The 6 speed is expensive to buy alone. It is also prone to overheating and then breaking if you plan to road race it. Its fine for street though. If you insist on getting one, it would probably be cheaper and less of a headache to just get an MR.

 

The 5 speed seems like the obvious choice now... I read that one topic someone gave a link for. That one dude had a huge post about the trannies. 5 speed all the way I guess.
