Arrow advice? recommendations? please

ok i was looking at getting exhaust and a bov for christmas i was wonder if any one could recommend to me what would be best out of my 2 choices for a bov im between a turboxs rfl bov or a hsk ssqv bov and for exhaust i only had the greddy racing titanium exhaust in mind so if any one has advice or recommendations it would be much appreciated.

get a JDM MR BOV (the same one that comes in all IX's )that is the best one for your car. If its the sound youre looking to achieve then just get a drop in air filter, turbo back exhaust and a tune.

Its just funny but if you seach this forum for even 2 min you could find every bit of info you want to know. Those BOV's you mentioned (if you seached would tell you) are going to make your car run like crap. But hey cool sounds >performance right. Read Up man this site has alot of info on every newbie ? you can think of.

go with jdm mr bov, don't buy a bov just for the noise, there are better ways to spend your money on the evo...

If you want to hear some sort of noise, like everyone said an intake/drop in will make your stock dv blow off...If you want a decent bov you can go with a turbo smart or aps dual port bov. They vent to atmosphere and recirculate also. Just do a little searching on....BUt again like everyone said your best bet is something recirculated....

Than you should have searched jack&%$ and you would have found your awnser. Cheer up mad guy. JDM MR BOV FTW hold up to 25 psi usually. And the exhaust you mentioned will be fine. Now you shut up

it's because the Evo stands out, and you represent a "community", not just yourself now that you own the car. A loud *** BOV and a loud *** exhaust may be cool to some, but it's annoying to others. Personally, I think it's embarrasing to emit all kinds of noise unless you can back it up with power.

Love it or hate it, people will stereotype, and I personally don't want to be lumped into the crowd that rev's on people at a stop light, just to hear their BOV go off. If I wanted that, I'd buy an SRT. For your mods, the stock bov is fine. Exhaust is a matter of taste, but why go titanium when other exhausts make the same power for quite a bit cheaper? Use the money you saved on some go fast parts, instead of just buying parts that make noise???? Just my opinion.

Oh yea and as far as the exhaust, greddy ti is a great choice...I was able to hear 2 different setups in person a bout a week ago and they sound great...Not as loud as everyone says, and these were full 3" turbo back set ups I heard.

You won't even get near 300whp at this rate. The BOV will not add power, but it WILL degrade performance. The TI cat-back will cost $800-900 for 10whp. Both will make a lot of noise while being expensive and not making much power. That happens to be the pure definition of "rice."

You've certainly chosen the best parts to fit that stereotype. Might as well choose the HKS SSQV out of those two, since it's the bigger name brand...
