actually if you read further down, they called and will give me 10k. and they don't go that cheap here. just while we were out on the test drive, i saw one out front of a dealership with the price tag of $13,999.

they may be part of the same family, when i was talking to the long beach sales guy something he said something like the owners brother was the one in charge of san jose. oh and i bought my MR in long beach and picked it up in victorville. it had 7 miles on it and the south coast prices were good. it came off the truck that afternoon. so they are not returns. but the sales guy gets less money if he sells it to you at that price. and since they arnt listed in the ad they dont have to honor the price even if they are part of the same family of dealerships.

They are Liars on the APR, tell them you want 6% or you will get the loan from COmmerce bank which has the sam loan. Say 6%, Chase auto loan, or you walk.

That's what I did. It worked.

from what company? Capital One or Mitsu? cause capital was offering 6.67% for a 6yr, but i guess that is for higher than 723 and i don't think mitsu ever offers 0% apr on their evos

i know people that got 0% on the evo and usually promotions are offered through the company. i know i saw a commercial and a sign outside a local mitsu dealership but i didnt pay attention to details. last year when they started the 0% offer it didnt apply to evos, then later on in the year im pretty sure evos were included.

Don't buy the car wait. you are getting robbed on that rate. JUst say no, the rate is a deal breaker. 6% or nothing, I got it on a lower score.

so the dealer has called me back 3 times already since yesterday. the first time it was to offer 10k on my car, the second i didn't pick up, the third was 10 seconds later to say that the 10k offer was still in effect for my car, and that he can save me even more with the number...so "when do you think you can come down?". this impression is making me think they are pretty desperate for the sale. amirite??

maybe i can get a lower apr than previously expected

also..what else can you haggle with? what can i demand that could potentially sweeten the deal for me?
