WOW... you upgraded all that without getting a tune?
To asnwer your question, well I can't answer your question but it would be a pretty substaintial improvement. Tuning makes move of a difference than the mods themselves.

Stop being so dense.
If the car drives without a "tune" without any CEL's, the AF ratios are withing factory fuel trimming abilities.
A tune will get AF ratios on target, but it doesn't mean he's not safe driving the way he is.

AF's are a start, but your power is gonna come in your timing. Get someone that knows how to dial in timing. Use resonable AF's for thermal management NOT power.
Good luck, the right tuner will net you some good gains, although an AFC is less than ideal for the amount of mods that you have.
A good custom flash or Autronic, AEM might be some options to consider in your case

.
you can be knocking and have the ecu pulling timing all the time and still not throw a CEL

it's hard to tell alot depends on what dyno had my car on a few diffrent types of dynos always diffrent!and all evos are not the same some are weak from the factory.so the only way to tell is to get on the dyno!
A lot of it depends on who is tuning the car.
Personally I think AFC's work like butt. I don't know why you'd go and spend money on one if you can easily use ecuflash and not some piggyback delayed signal conditioner.
Your peak boost has a lot to do with power. Simply having a boost controller isn't a mod. It's a substitute for a stock boost controller. You need to specify what peak boost you were running.

-s-afc was this used for tuning or some other form
