Hi everyone. This is my first post and I'd just like to say "Hi" to everyone.
I was looking through this forum and I love all the information lying around here.
I especially love that DIY section. Tons of good stuff.
Unfortunately, I don't have an Evolution, but I've loved Evolutions ever since the Evolution IV. I got a friend who has an Evolution IX MR which I'm helping to modify. I'm a bit new to Evo tuning and my friend's a bit new to tuning in general. Just by researching for a bit... I'm so amazed at how much power you can squeeze out of the Evo with just a few here and there cheap mods. With like just about $1K or $2K, you can get like 50whp or more. On my car, 30whp will cost like $12K unless you go supercharger, which is also around the $10K mark and it'll get you only about 80-100 whp. Well... my car isn't really a drag car anyway. It's great that the Evo responds so well to tuning.
Anyway, keep up the good work and you'll see me around the forum from now.
Laters,
HJ
