Yup. It's a Japanese car with a tiny engine making big power in a small car, most with a wing on the back that, by any reasonable definition, can be described as HUGE! So, ya, I'm a ricer, you're a ricer, we're all ricers, even the SRT-4 trolls are ricers!

Some definitely more than others though.

The heat soak on my previous ride (WRX) was really noticeable because of where the turbo sat in relation to the intercooler. Don't really need IC sprayer on front mount IC. Hell, even all the Subie rally cars are front mount now because of heat soak, etc. But, it's your car and as long as you like it, thats all that matters, but I doubt you'll see an improvement in performance.

here are a few thoughts on this:
#1, you would want to have a mister, so the stock evo(streamer) washer jets are not optimal, however, I personally have a set of eclipse, washer jets which put out a fan pattern, which would be much more optimal( galant sprayers are similar)
#2, I have never put anything besides DISTILLED water in my washer fluid tank. it's important to avoid water spots and i reccomend it(except for you cold weather guys), freezing water is not a problem in hawaii
#3, You can by mist sprayers for cheap at the hardware store, and it would not be hard to make your own, including switch and pump/hosing/wiring for probably less than 40 bucks.

I don't want to diss on someone for trying to give us a fairly cheap mod, but this is fairly useless.

I don't think you fully understand the meaning of rice. Stock parts can't be rice by definition. Here are some fine examples of rice:

OK, I stand corrected. Some definitely a HELL of a lot more than others!

BTW, that video is not safe for anyone without an airsickness bag handy. I wonder if they'll ever manage to get a 55-gallon drum mounted under their rear bumper? If not, it won't be from lack of trying!

<grin> In case that wasn't enough, here's Part 2:

This is Rice Extraordinaire (my personal favorite):

If you're wondering why a middle-aged man has a collection of ricer links, you can join my wife in shaking her head in utter dismay.
