New to Evo

Hi All,

I am new to the forum and to Evo. I just bought my white MR evo less than two weeks ago. Love it. Just pass the break in period of 1000 miles. Some people say 600 miles others say 1000.

Trying to post some pictures of it but having some problems. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance.

~Chug

Your car's owner's manual suggests 600 miles.

ahaha.. Thanks. Yeah. Have a lot of commuting to do for now. But it will settle down soon.

For uploading pics. I am trying to use the "Insert Picture" option when posting. Can you help me out more. In detail. Kind of uneducated in that department. Thanks.

Go to imageshack.com and resize the pics to "email size". Then save the pics in a file. Then add them to the thread on this site.

How do I add to the thread? I don't get it. I can just resize the pictures with paint of photo shop. But what do you mean add to file and thread? Could u explain a little more in detail. Maybe step by step!? Thanks

I think the Evo looks sa-weet in white!

Also, I agree with skilmatic. It's good you had the foresight to edit out your LP #!!
(looks like a HOA-type neighborhood, so hopefully you've got a "neighborhood watch" )

Any suggestions on what type of car cover and where to get one?

Thanks. haha. The neighborhood I live in is new and full of families with kids in grade school. I am not too afraid of a lil 7 year old jacking my car. Dont thin he/she could lift a tire.
