do i need a new tune
i just picked up an 03 evo
it has tbe, hks 272's, intake, and boost is at 21 psi
it makes 310whp
do i need to get tuned again if i install a licp
right not it has a high flow cat will i need a tune if i installed a test pipe
will i need another tune for a bigger intercooler
