Forge EVO15 DV

i got the basic mods, mbc, tbe, drop-in intake, licp/uicp, mini-battery, fuel pump, testpipe.... getting tuned for 22-23ish psi.... i got the forge evo 15 dirt cheap now does it cause any fluttering, i plan on either keeping the stock ix dv or changing to this forge evo 15 with blue spring but am scared about driveability issues with partial throttle fluttering

Ok, translating a little here...

You have the Forge 15. Now you are getting some partial throttle lift off flutter?

Well, hate to tell you but, this is pretty much a dead case - you wasted your money on it. The IX DV was fine - put it back on.

He hasn't istalled it yet, lol. Drivability is not as good as stock, but maybe you can live with it. Only one way to find out. It's easy enough to put in and take back out. That said, I used mine for a week, adjusted it this way and that, but nothing I did ever made it behave like the stock valve. It's a fluttering baztard.
