oz or not??
the fact that the badge says it on the back of the vehicle should be a clue. Or the big badge on the floormats is a good sign. the car should have a anti swaybar at the rear of the car too, if the above were removed.

Please elaborate more on your problem. Are there no badges on it? Do you think any OZ things on it might be aftermarket? Did you expect the OZ to be faster than an ES and you feel your car might be extremely slow? lol j/k, but yeah, wahts the problem here?
If it's stock, it should have a black and red OZ badge next to your driver tail light. Your floor mats should have the same OZ badge on them. It should have silver, 5-spoke wheels that say OZ on a spoke and OZ on the centercap. You should have a low, blocky spoiler. There should be lips around the the bumpers and side skirts. Your door handles and side mirrors should be the color of the car. Look under the back of your car and it should look like this (without the green springs).

You should have that bar going from the center left to the middle of the picture overlapping the spring.
If your missing all of those, you have and es or ls i believe.
Man that went waaay longer than I thought cause I'm bored and have nothing better to do. This should be stickied or I should move it to How-To for how to tell if you have an OZ LOL.
