(1) The MR SE does not have an SE badge. The only visual clues are the lip, the rims and on the interior - the lovely red piping on the seats.

(2) The non-MR SE has an SE badge on the right side of the trunk.

 

But I have seen IX SE with Lancer Evolution on one side and SE on the other side. My SE has none.

I have the sticker and it shows the SE package. I have the red stiching, the HIDs, the wheels, etc

 

Good lord I ask a simple question and the flaming goes on. Simply put, yes I was looking at a IX SE on the internet because my local dealership sucks and doesn't have one in stock for me to look at, nor would I ever purchase one from them anyway. I found a silver SE that didn't not have any badges on it other than the mitsu symbol. Obvisouly anyone looking to purchase a new car would know what they are getting into and would want to know why there aren't any badges. Maybe the car was rear ended on a test drive. Stuff like that can and will happen. I asked the question so that I could make an informed decision before purchasing this particular car. Sorry for posting a newbie question in the newbie section. Yes I did search and unfortunately I could not find any pics of the trunk and the mitsu website has very limited pics of the car. Thanks for the positive replies.
