So my car has 1300 miles on it now and I've noticed that when I'm in 5th gear and give it a little gas and then let off that it will jerk you around as if you were in 1st gear. Is this normal since its AWD?????

Well when I got it, it had 600 some from the trip from Mass. So ive put about 700 on it in two weeks. I cant resist driving it.

 

hehe, I've had my Evo about 4 months, and I've got 6k miles on it. Trips to L.A. and everywhere else.

Also, it sounds like you're shifting too low into 5th, that could cause some shuddering, also, if you're slamming it into gear instead of ... well I want to say feathering it, I know that's probably not the exact term, but you get the idea.
