i'm 24. going to be 25 in 3 months.

i am currently still under my parents insurance.

i pay 1800 every 6 months. i priced my own insurance, and it was going to be about 2400 every 6 months.

i had a pretty bad wreck last year around this time that did about 8 grand worth of damage to my car. it was during a huge snow storm, and i slid into a gaurd rail doing about 5 - 10 mph. other than that i have one speeding within the last 4 years.

hopefully when i turn 25 in a couple months they will cut me a break.

oh, and my company is AIG.

Wow, insurance is insane in this area.... (southern michigan)

174 / clean / 22

Note: This was a quote through State Farm. I didn't bother shopinng around yet since I don't quite own an Evo yet. I went w/State Farm because of their policies I've delt with through work (re: bodyshop) and I also have my Camaro/Explorer through them (re: Camaro @215/mo and Explorer @195/mo)

You guys make me jealous. I'm 27 and i'm still paying 100 a month this is with 3 cars and house insurance. But I think they are counting my brother's against me because they live in my house. They have their own insurance but state farm is saying they have to include them in my coverage because they live in my house. They have sucky driving records, one of my brother totalled my wifes car 1.5yrs ago and my other brother hit a deer. I don't even know how many points they have on their record.
