Heyas all, name's Matt. Live in central KS. Just purchased a 2006 Evo IX MR. I love the thing. It came with all-seasons thank god; we just got a crapload of snow over the weekend. Sideways has never felt so good.

I am moving up from my 450whp 91' 300ZX TwinTurbo. AWD is a little ackward at first, but I think I am in love.

Bought it with 12444 miles on it, 2nd owner.

Question and I'll post it agian if I dont get an answer here; When I am in neutral and rev it up, it stops sometimes at 5400ish rpms, like a 2 stage rev limiter.... The car is not modded or molested in any way, is this normal for a MR? And the rtevs do not come down as fast as they should. It goes up perrfect, and drives awesome, but the revs seem to "hang" for a while and don't drop as fast as I would think they should.

Do you know for sure? The trick here is to return cars to stock before selling them off.
